That’s it from our Champions League coverage for the night.
Arsenal’s quarterfinal wait is over – seven failed attempts but the Gunners have finally progressed beyond the round of 16 once again.
It couldn’t have been a more tense night at the Emirates though, as Leandro Trossard’s first-half strike was the only goal of the game, which left the tie level at 1-1 on aggregate after extra time.
David Raya was the hero saving two spot kicks – including the final penalty from Galeno, who scored the stunning injury-time goal in the first leg.
Next up for Arsenal is the trip to Manchester City where they will face the defending champions as the Premier League leaders.
We’ll bring you full coverage of that one so join us if you can but, for now, from me Kevin Hand, it’s goodbye.
