MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — The first In-N-Out burger in Idaho is edging ever closer to being completed.
Construction appears to be all but finished and landscaping crews are putting finishing beautification touches on the grounds surrounding the restaurant. What appears to be two separate drive-thru lanes can be seen now that the construction fencing is coming down, though that has not yet been confirmed by the restaurant.
The first location of two planned In-N-Out's is in Meridian near the Village. The second of the two is off of Franklin Rd. near the Boise Towne Square Mall where the old Pier One Imports used to be. The Boise location is moving alone significantly slower than the Meridian location.
CBS2 has reached out to In-N-Out for comment about an exact opening date and whether or not they are planning to hold a hiring fair of some sort. Applications are open on their website, and an update still says opening soon. We will continue to update this story as we learn more.
